How to delete data
How to delete store data
We offer two options for deleting store data.
Delete your entire Store
If you have already logged into a store, logout from your curi account then log back in. When you log in, you will see a red trash bin on top your store. click this button to begin the process of deleting the entire store.
Delete Store date only
If you want to keep your store but want to delete all sales data, login to your curi account, enter your store pin then go to settings. click on Delete all sales data. Follow the prompts.
Delete entire account data
To delete all data from curi, login to curi, select any store then go to the accounts section at the top right. in this section select "Delete entire account". Keep in mind, this cannot be undone. your data will be lost forever.
