Delivery Driver (Bike)

Role Overview

As an Ontrai Delivery Driver, you will be responsible for ensuring timely and safe delivery of customer orders from restaurants to their destinations. You’ll be an important representative of Ontrai, providing friendly and professional service at every step.

Key Responsibilities

- Pick up prepared orders from restaurants.
- Deliver orders promptly and accurately to customers.
- Ensure safe handling and transportation of all items.
- Communicate effectively with dispatch and customers if issues arise.
- Follow all traffic rules and safety regulations while riding.

Requirements

- Must own a reliable bike (motorbike preferred).
- Valid ID and (if using a motorbike) a valid driver’s license.
- A reliable Android smartphone.
- Good time management and communication skills.
- Customer-friendly attitude and reliability.

Work Schedule

Standard hours: 12 PM – 8 PM (lunch and dinner peak times).

Flexible scheduling as demand may increase during weekends or holidays.

Accommodation Partnership Representative

Role Overview

Curi Inc. is seeking a proactive and personable Accommodation Partnership Representative to build strong relationships with accommodation providers such as Airbnbs, guest houses, inns, and boutique hotels. Your mission is to introduce Ontrai (our online food ordering and delivery platform) as a value-added service, giving properties the ability to offer guests a 5% discount coupon code for food orders.
In addition to introducing the platform, you will be responsible for distributing and securing placement of Ontrai QR codes in visible areas of each property (e.g., lobby/reception, individual rooms)

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and target qualifying accommodations (Airbnbs, guesthouses, boutique hotels, inns).
- Schedule and conduct outreach visits with property owners/hosts.
- Introduce Ontrai, walk hosts through how the platform works, and explain guest benefits.
- Provide each accommodation with a unique 5% discount coupon code for guests and staff.
- Distribute Ontrai QR codes, ensuring placement in each guest room and in common spaces (lobby/reception).
- Gain approval from the host for as many QR placements as possible.
- Collect property details (name, contact info, location).
- Follow up with hosts to ensure QR codes and discount codes are being actively shared with guests.
- Submit regular reports on outreach activities and number of accommodations onboarded.

Requirements

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Confident in presenting digital platforms to individuals unfamiliar with online ordering.
- Organized, self-motivated, and goal-oriented.
- Computer literate with knowledge of mobile apps.
- Previous experience in hospitality, sales, or partnerships is an asset.
- Ability to drive and access to a personal vehicle is an advantage.

To expand Curi Inc. 's Ontrai platform presence in restaurants, ensuring business owners are onboarded successfully while introducing them to the Curi POS system.

Key Responsibilities

- Target, schedule, and visit restaurants during operational hours.
- Pitch Ontrai and guide business owners to create, subscribe, and complete account setup.
- Obtain restaurant menus, URLs, and sign placement details.
- Collaborate with marketing on menu and signage population.
- Maintain accurate records of onboarding progress and follow-ups.
- Meet a monthly onboarding target of 10 restaurants.

Performance Metrics

- Number of restaurants successfully onboarded.
- Accuracy and completeness of menu collection and account setup.
- Timeliness of follow-ups and communication.
- Quality of interactions and adherence to sales script.

Requirements

- Strong communication and persuasion skills.
- Outgoing, proactive, and self-motivated.
- Comfortable working independently and managing flexible hours.
- Reliable transportation and ability to visit restaurants in-person.
- Ability to follow scripts and operational guidelines.
- Previous sales or restaurant onboarding experience is a plus.

Ontrai Platform

Video Tutorial Intern

Role Overview

 The Video Tutorial Intern is responsible for creating step-by-step tutorial videos for Curi POS and Ontrai, including screen recording, voiceover synchronization, video editing, thumbnail creation, and uploading approved content to YouTube. This role is primarily work-from-home, with occasional in-office presence and tradeshow support from 7th–9th.

Key Responsibilities

- Download and organize voiceover and music files from Google Drive.
- Verify voiceovers by following instructions in LD Player with Curi POS/Ontrai.
- Record screen tutorials accurately, ensuring no steps are skipped.
- Edit recorded videos in CapCut: sync audio, overlay music, animate clips, adjust layers, align frames, fade audio, and apply transitions.
- Export finalized videos to the designated folder.
-Submit videos for internal review, implement requested changes, and mark completed tutorials.
- Create video thumbnails using Photopea, applying correct screenshots and text.
- Upload approved videos to the Curi YouTube channel (following SEO guidelines, playlist placement, and title formatting).
- Move uploaded videos to the UPLOADED folder.
- Attend and provide support at the tradeshow (7th–9th) as required.

Requirements

- Basic knowledge of video editing software (CapCut).
- Ability to use Photopea or similar software for thumbnails.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow structured tutorials.
- Comfortable with screen recording and audio/video syncing.
- Familiarity with Google Drive and folder organization.
- Basic understanding of YouTube upload, playlist management, and SEO-friendly descriptions.

Work Schedule

- Remote work with occasional office attendance.
- Flexible hours; standard expectation Monday–Friday, with tasks completed timely.
